I recently stayed at Rosebank Lodge for a couple of nights while passing through. The room was spacious with great lighting, and the shower had good water pressure. I appreciated the bathroom vanity with plenty of bench space and a long shelf, as well as the anti-fogging bathroom mirror. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the little balcony provided a nice private spot to relax. The hotel facilities were also good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The value for the price was excellent, and the affiliated restaurant, Picasso, had delicious food and great service. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious room with good luggage storage. Reasonably priced and tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant. Generous portioned breakfast. Helpful receptionist and friendly housemates. Quiet location away from noisy roads. Good hotel facilities with ample parking. Convenient to have a restaurant nearby where the attendant was very courteous and attentive. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will definitely return.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at this lodge. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, spacious and even had a balcony with a great view of the countryside. We enjoyed the delicious food served by the chef who went above and beyond by decorating a birthday cake for us. Plus, the location was perfect for our needs.

The WiFi was only accessible in the dining room which made working a bit challenging. the staff at the bar lacked some basic wine knowledge, and some management supervision with wine sales would be beneficial.

Located near a peaceful green area with ample trees and within walking distance to shops, this hotel is conveniently situated. The Picasso restaurant nearby provides a great option for meals. Service is friendly, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with new bathrooms.

Some guests reported poor communication with receptionists, who were not always welcoming.

Plus, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The positives were overshadowed by the negatives. the heating system was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night and the room became uncomfortably cold.
